Private supervision ensures you are able to receive experience that will develop your scope of competency and prepare you for the career you want to have as a behavior analyst. Our currently available scopes of competency include: ABA therapy for the following populations: children through young adults with autism and related intellectual or developmental disabilities, children through adolescents experiencing difficulties with challenging behavior, sleeping, toileting, executive functioning skills, social skills, or navigating independence and self-advocacy, and teens and young adults needing additional support for broader social skills (including online safety) and job readiness skills; the assessment and treatment of severe maladaptive behavior including aggression and self-injury; Organizational Behavior Management (supporting businesses with structure and behavior analytic concepts); parent-led (train-the-trainer model) ABA therapy; supporting parents in navigating parenting challenges; Acceptance and Commitment Training; and incorporating behavior analytic concepts into future supervision or training practices. Current scopes of competency are subject to change, and all are approached through an ethical, assent-based lens.

Cohorts can also serve as built in study groups & colleagues you can collaborate with in the future. This format also ensures that 1) you get the opportunity to learn from and connect with more than one supervisor, and 2) our supervisors always operate within their capacity; cohort spots are limited.
